Ipad a’Palooza

    Contest Rules for iPad APalooza

~Current members in good standing of any District 7 clubs are eligible to participate in the contest.

~Contest dates January 1 through March 31, 2011.

~ New member eligibility requires that recruited member cannot be an active member of any respective club for a period of one year.

~Current membership list showing existing (paid) members must be received to Teresa Treadway at tjtreadway@cenergy.com by January 18, 2011.

~For each new member you recruit, your name will be entered (Example: Recruit 5 members, you name will be entered into the drawing 5 times). The more members you recruit, you better your chance in winning.

~New member dues must be paid in full for eligibility for recruiting member and to be entered into the New Member iPad drawing.

~Clubs must provide a final membership list with new members and recruiting member by April 5, 2011 in order to enter. A sample spreadsheet is attached.

~Drawing for the iPad aPalooza will occur in Baton Rouge at the Spring Convention, April 14 17, 2011.

~Winning members do not have to be present to win.

~Executive Committee members are not eligible to win the iPad, however, any member they recruit will be eligible for the New Member Drawing.

~All questions regarding contest should be directed to Teresa Treadway at tjtreadway@cenergy.com or 423 926 9494 x 107 on or before contest deadline.
